National Cultural and Creative Association of Canada (NCCAC) is a non-profit organization composed of immigrant artists and art lovers from across Canada.

NCCAC’s members are mainly from New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta, and are committed to promoting the artistic creation of Canadian immigrant communities, thereby enriching Canada’s multicultural landscape.

We strive to gather the expertise of cultural, artistic, and educational professionals within the immigrant community, leveraging cross-cultural understanding and creativity.

By developing and implementing multidimensional, multimedia cultural and artistic projects both online and offline, we support newcomers in integrating into local life, understanding and embracing Canadian values, engaging in cross-cultural exchanges, and contribute to the harmony and progress of Canadian society and communities.

Our Consultant

  • PH.D, Professor of Education at the University of New Brunswick, Chair of Atlantic Centre for Creativity. Her research interests include intercultural understanding, visual literacy, arts-based resource development, community arts, and creativity. She has developed resources on intercultural understanding, conducted surveys on visual literacy, and produced a series of films which examine the concept of creative practice.


  • President of McKenzie College. With a B.Comm and post-graduate studies in Computer Science and Finance from Saint Mary's University, Dale Ritchie carries a wide variety of creative interests and decades of business experience. Dale's entrepreneurship and leadership has led McKenzie College to be one of Atlantic Canada's most respected post-secondary institutions. Being an artist himself, Dale knows the value of creativity at full potential and strives to instill that into students.
